Panorama Software Expands Leadership Team
Panorama Continues to Attract Industry Leaders; Former Hyperion Executive Brings More than 10 Years of Enterprise Software Sales Expertise
TORONTO, ON – November 27, 2006 – Panorama Software, a global leader in business intelligence (BI) and Proactive Business Management solutions, today announced an expansion to its leadership team. The Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Joe Kaddis to Vice President, North America Sales from Director, North America Sales. Mr. Kaddis, formerly with Hyperion, will be responsible for North American sales strategy and operational management as well as work in conjunction with the extended global sales team to support Panorama’s BI solutions. As well, the Company is pleased to announce additional appointments including Jordan Friedman and Yariv Ben-Tovim who both come from Microsoft’s BI group and join Panorama’s marketing and product management team respectively.
The additions to the leadership team demonstrate Panorama’s vision to continue to add top talent to the organization in order to leverage its competitive market position as an industry leader in the business intelligence space. These individuals will enable both Panorama and its current and potential customers to do smart business.

Mr. Kaddis recently completed a ten-year tenure with Hyperion Solutions where he created and led Hyperion’s first North American (NA) Financial Services Vertical Sales team and earned the distinction as both Hyperion’s NA Sales Manager of the Year in 2000 and NA Sales Director of the Year in 2002. Previously, Mr. Kaddis spent five years at Microsoft in various sales positions. At Microsoft Joe was recognized as the Education Sales Person of the Year and as Corporate Account Manager he was responsible for many of Microsoft’s early back-office wins including global exchange standardization at General Electric. Mr. Kaddis is responsible for directing strategic sales growth for Panorama Software in North America.
Mr. Friedman comes to Panorama from Microsoft’s Office Business Applications group where he was responsible for launching Business Scorecard Manager and where he managed the Technology Adoption Program for Office PerformancePoint 2007 (formerly known as Biz#). Mr. Friedman will lead worldwide sales enablement programs and new product initiatives at Panorama Software.
Mr. Ben-Tovim worked as a senior developer in the Microsoft Office Excel and Business Intelligence product group at Microsoft where he was responsible for the architecture, technical design and development of Excel server-based rendering components. His extensive knowledge in server-based developments makes him an asset to new product development at Panorama Software, where he will contribute his vast expertise in scalability, performance optimization, multi-tasking and multi-threading environments and security to Panorama’s current and future solutions.
Mr. Kaddis, Mr. Friedman and Mr. Ben-Tovim will be based out of Panorama’s US and Israel offices, and will contribute to the worldwide leadership team and strategic development of Panorama’s global operations and initiatives.
