Most customers will agree that their favorite feature in their BI System is the “Export to Spreadsheet” feature. While Spreadsheets don’t provide the same level of functionality as full blown BI solutions, they provide a simpler way to take reports and spread them around for collaboration with people inside and outside the firewall.  While very convenient, sharing spreadsheets with corporate data brings with it some challenges that are killing the “one version of the truth” concept in BI.

Panorama has partnered with Google and developed a new way to share and collaborate with BI data and spreadsheets in a significantly more collaborative and controlled way.   

Panorama NovaView SharedViews is a feature that enables users and organizations to perform real-time collaboration with people inside and outside the firewall as well as publish information to suppliers and partners in a more streamlined and controlled fashion. The published reports are then displayed in any web browser using a unique and intuitive flash user interface that enables real time collaboration and full interaction.
